How Long does Registration Take at the Companies House
Once you have sent your signed and witnessed documents back to us the processing time is generally 3-5 working days from the date of filing, sometimes sooner depending upon volumes at the Companies Registration Office.
Do I have to do anything myself?
Business & Company Formations provide the Company Formation documents for you. The only thing you need to do is sign & witness the documents, then return them to us. We will file your documents for you and administer to the company incorporation process at the Companies Registration Office.
When Do I get My Certificate of Registration
Once The
Certificate of Incorporation has been signed by the Registrar it
will be available for delivery to you according to whatever
Company Formation package option you have chosen
and sent to the registered office
address that you indicate in your application.
What's included and how much does it cost?
Your Company Formation document pack contains all of the documents required to incorporate a private limited company. All company formation packages include Companies Registration Office filing fee. You may find certain websites offering to complete or "fill in forms" online for you but such services do not generally include Companies Registration Office filing fees.
How long will it take to complete the online application ?
The online form should take approximately about 15 minutes to complete.
What if I make mistakes on the application ?
